Solution

A complete autonomous response station

The Drone Rescue Hub is a 3L Robotics product engineered at the intersection of robotics, medical engineering, and public safety.

Hub components

Mission

Reduce response time for cardiac and trauma emergencies by deploying autonomous aerial and ground assets directly from a distributed network of weather-protected hubs.

Approach

The hub combines a rescue drone carrying an AED with a quadruped robot for ground-level support, all coordinated through the SUREL intelligence platform.

Outcome

A production-ready 3L Robotics platform deployable in urban, rural, and industrial environments.

Why Drone Rescue Hub

Engineering meets emergency medicine

The Hub combines aerial speed with ground-level mobility — one autonomous infrastructure node capable of reaching victims faster than any conventional response unit.

Rapid AED Delivery

Our rescue drone carries an automated external defibrillator directly to the scene of cardiac arrest.

Quadruped Backup

A quadruped robot deploys for terrain reconnaissance, supply transport, and environmental sensing.

Weather-Proof Housing

Sliding cover system protects equipment year-round and enables instant launch on alert.

AI-Driven Dispatch

Integrated with SUREL intelligence for autonomous path planning and emergency landing zones.

Modular Concept

Storage area for drone, separate housing for robodog — designed for field deployment.

Robotics + Health

Built at the intersection of robotics, medical engineering and public safety.

Technology

Engineered for safety-critical missions

Rescue Drone

Rescue Drone

Industrial-grade quadcopter platform carrying AED and medical payloads to the scene.

Quadruped Robot

Quadruped Robodog

Ground-level mobility for terrain reconnaissance, supply transport, and sensor deployment.

AI Platform

SUREL Intelligence

Autonomous path planning, AI diagnostics, and emergency landing-zone selection.

Smart Infrastructure

Hub Enclosure

Dual sliding-cover housing with integrated charging, telemetry, and weather protection.

Mechanical design

The hub structure is built around modular bays: a top platform protected by symmetrical sliding covers for drone takeoff and landing, and a side compartment housing the quadruped behind a hinged door. The enclosure is designed for outdoor deployment and continuous standby operation.

  • Symmetric sliding-cover mechanism with linear actuators
  • Hinged front door for robodog egress
  • Internal charging dock and telemetry bay
  • Designed for thermal regulation and weatherproofing

Concept-2

Two robots. One station. Zero delay.

The Hub is split into a top deck for drone takeoff and landing, and a lower bay housing the quadruped robot. Sliding covers expose the platform on demand.

  • Storage area for the rescue drone
  • Housing for the quadruped robot (Robodog)
  • Dual sliding cover system
  • Integrated charging & telemetry

Use Cases

Designed for life-critical scenarios

01

AED Delivery

Cut response time for sudden cardiac arrest by flying an automated external defibrillator directly to the bystander.

02

Medical Payload Transport

Deliver medication, blood samples, or first-aid kits across urban areas where ground traffic delays response.

03

Industrial Site Safety

Stationed within factory complexes or campuses to dispatch emergency aid the moment an incident is detected.

04

Rural & Remote Coverage

Extend coverage to areas where ambulance arrival exceeds critical survival windows.

05

Disaster Reconnaissance

Use the quadruped robot for ground-level inspection in hazardous or unstable environments.

06

Public Event Standby

Pre-positioned at large gatherings for instant medical drone dispatch.
